Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• COSMACTRAVELCONSULTANC agrees to provide immigration and permit services for Europe, Asia, America & Oceania 
• Preparation and submission of required documents.
• Liaising with employers in Europe to obtain offer letter-s
• Following up on work permit approvals
• Embassy Appointment

FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS:

• Initial Payment will be paid on the time of agreement with applicant documents.

• Second Payment will be paid after getting Job offer letter for applicants within 3 working days.

• Third Payment will be paid after getting Work Permit Approval withing 3 working days.

• Pending Payment will be paid after VISA approval withing 5 working days.

• Total processing time will be 3-6 months depends on applied country.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, all ongoing applications will be processed to completion or refunded as per the refund policy. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved amicably between the parties. Failing such resolution, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the laws of [GHANA& AUSTRALIA]. 

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [GHANA&AUSTRALIA]

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and communications, whether oral or written, between the parties.
